These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of focuverse (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Service Overview

focuverse provides a browser-based productivity experience that includes timers, gamified progress, and optional premium subscriptions delivered through Stripe. The Service is offered “as-is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age allowed in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium upgrades are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Charges are processed at the start of each billing cycle.

You authorize focuverse to charge your payment method for the subscription price and applicable taxes.
Prices may change with notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds: Because Stripe processes subscriptions in advance for the full period, focuverse does not issue refunds or credits for unused time within the active billing cycle. Access remains available until the cycle ends, after which billing stops automatically.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or reverse engineer the Service.
Do not share premium access, automate scraping, or abuse rate limits.
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, including storing or transmitting malicious code.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of performance, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, focuverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost productivity, profits, or data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless focuverse and its operators from and against any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Please contact us first so we can work toward a solution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under the laws of the service operator’s jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
